I finally got the studio finished! I did everything except for the carpet, including the painting, trim, making the acoustic panels, etc.

I apologize about the photo quality, I have an older phone and won't upgrade it for a while.

The plan moving forward is to upgrade my desk and keyboard sometime in the near future; I had these since I started doing music. I still have some interior projects that I need to finish before I can start focusing on music again, but with how things are looking I should be able to start by the end of this month.

Hey, sorry about the lack of updates.

Work has been extremely busy these past few months, alongside working on the house. It has hampered my ability to get the studio finished and back to making music again.

I won't be able to get any tracks done this year, but I'm hoping to get my studio up and running by the end of this month. Afterwards, I can finally get back to composing again.

Hey! it's been a while.

Let me start off by announcing that I've finally bought a house! It wasn't easy but I was able to find a good place within my budget (for privacy and security's sake, I won't upload any photos). However, the moving-in process will take some time and then there's the improvements needing to be done.

It will take some time (the projects I have listed out span a few years) and a lot of work to make the house into the home I've envisioned, and that includes turning one of the bedrooms into a studio, meaning I still wish to produce music. However, with the work that needs to be done, along with my full-time job, I won't have much time to produce music for a while. It sucks, but that's life; sometimes you have to change priorities.

That being said, I do have three tracks that are currently ready to be mixed. once I have a temporary studio set up in my new place I can hopefully have at least two of those tracks uploaded by the end of the year. I also have multiple projects in various of completion (orchestral music is tedious as hell to create, I don't know how the pro's do it!)

As for future plans, I plan on changing the name of my profile and channels, and go by the name of "Falcon Audio". I do think that I am now at the stage of music production where I can release music commercially (albiet slowly).

Whew! It's been a crazy few weeks with moving into a new apartment, getting paperwork finalized and starting my new job, and getting settled in. I got my computer system back online and am still producing music!

However, I unfortunately have some bad news. Due to the size of my new apartment (half the size of my previous one), and the rules implemented such as no altering of the room (can't hang my acoustic panels) or keeping noise levels to a minimum, I am unable to use my speakers at this point in time. As such, I won't be able to publish any new tracks for a while.

I am well aware that it is quite feasible to release music that has been mixed and mastered only on headphones, but I wish to make sure each of my music tracks are the best quality I can achieve; I would regret it in the future if I didn't wait to release them using the equipment I've gotten comfortable utilizing.

That being said, I can still work on the other aspects of music production, like the composing, orchestrating, and recording of instruments, I will just have to wait on the mixing and mastering of them for a while.

Hey, just wanted to give a quick update:

I will be moving to the state of Idaho by the end of this week, I had to pursue change of scenery, and a place more affordable and less crowded than where I currently live (Utah).

I don't know if my new apartment will allow for me to use my mixing speakers, so there may be a lapse in time where I won't release any music, but this will be a temporary situation. Once settled in, I might be able to finally move into a place of my own 9-12 months afterwards.

Hey, just wanted to say I'm back to making music! In fact, I'm hoping to release an Epic Celtic track by the end of this month, been working on it from time to time for the past year and half.

I've adjusted my mindset a little bit so I can focus more on producing instead of countless hours tweaking things that don't have a lot of significance. I also will be trying to make more songs from time to time that have less than 20 sub-tracks (the large, epic projects have upwards of 70 tracks) so I can improve my songwriting skills explore new ideas, and produce more content.

I'm in the process of moving to a new apartment, and I would be given a couple of liberties I didn't really have in my previous residence, including using my studio monitors more freely (which I just upgraded to JBL 308s) and being able to hang acoustic panels in my room. I have several songs in mixing stage, but I would like to wait until I've moved into the new apartment and get set up. It will be a couple of months before that will happen, but while I'm waiting, I will still be composing.

Bloody hell the timing couldn't be worse. I was planning on working on my songs over Labor Day weekend when my computer encountered the "Blue Screen of Death". It took me over two hours to get my computer up and running again without problems. However, most of my data was lost in the process.

I kept backup files of my projects but not the virtual instruments or programs. Fixing it all will cause me to loose a week or two of productivity.
